Welcome to Fyrario! By using fyrario.com (the “Site”) or interacting with our brand, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
- Scope & Standalone Products
- Website Use: These terms apply directly to our website, contact forms, and general online presence.
- Apps, Games & Software: If you download standalone mobile apps, video games, or software published by Fyrario, those specific products may carry their own separate End User License Agreements (EULA) and product-specific privacy policies which you must also follow.
- Intellectual Property, Films & Creative Works
- Studio Production Ownership: Fyrario produces original digital films, series, interactive stories, and creative works. Everything produced, hosted, or displayed under the Fyrario banner including video footage, scripts, storyboards, audio soundscapes, source code, game assets, and characters is owned exclusively by Fyrario and protected globally by copyright laws.
- Strict Copyright Rules for Media: You may not copy, rip, stream, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit our films, series, or creative assets without our explicit written permission.
- Fan Art, Parody & Community Creations
We love our community and want you to be creative! Generally, you are welcome to make non-commercial fan art, parodies, or fan fiction based on our universes, as long as you follow these ground rules:
- Keep it strictly non-commercial (no selling merchandise, charging money, or locking your fan creations behind paywalls).
- Never claim that your fan project is official, funded, or endorsed by Fyrario.
- Do not use our copyrighted source code, direct film footage, audio tracks, or official art assets as the basis for your projects.
(Note: Fyrario reserves the right to ask anyone to modify or take down fan content at our discretion if it crosses professional, ethical, or safety lines).
- Acceptable Use & Contact Forms
- Responsible Use: Use our contact forms and website responsibly. Do not submit spam, malicious software, or abusive, threatening, or illegal content.
- No Hacking: Do not attempt to hack, disrupt, overburden, or reverse-engineer our website infrastructure, servers, or web applications.
- Privacy Policy Consent: When you submit your name, email, contact messages, in-game usernames, game preferences, or any other information outlined in our Privacy Policy, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that your information is handled in accordance with that policy.
- Privacy & Third-Party Links
- Privacy: Any personal information you send us through forms or inquiries is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- External Links: Our site may contain links to external sites, social media platforms, or video streaming channels. We do not control them and assume zero responsibility for their content or privacy practices.
- Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and web-based services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Fyrario does not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, bug-free, or entirely secure. - Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
- Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fyrario is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the Site.
- Indemnification: You agree to defend and hold harmless Fyrario and its team from any claims, losses, or legal fees arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of our digital spaces. This protects the studio against frivolous disputes, such as someone trying to sue because they were fairly banned from a community space or game server for breaking rules.
- Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time as our studio grows. When we make updates, we will change the “Effective Date” at the top. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the revised terms.
